The items I make all start off blank and can be completely customized through sublimation. Sublimation is a process of using special inks along with high heat and pressure to permanently transfer an image to an item. This is not a vinyl sticker or wrap that will peel off. With minimal special care requirements the images are beautiful and permanent.

Most items in the "Premade Buy it Now" section are available same day for pick up.

If you would like to order a custom item please allow up to a week for completion and longer during busy seasons.

Once you place your custom order I will contact you within 48 hrs to discuss the details of your design idea.

I ship Canada wide through Canada Post and offer local delivery.

I recommend hand wash for all drinkware. Although things like mugs generally do well in the dishwasher on the top rack I still recommend hand wash because there is a chance that your dishwasher cycle could be too hot and fade or distort your image. Product care cards are included with each order.

I do not provide refunds on custom items once made. A design proof is sent prior to making your item and this is where spelling is checked etc.

If I have designed for you based on your request and a complete redesign is required due to "I changed my mind" then a redesign fee of $15.00 can be applied on a case by case basis at my discretion.
